These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkwin platform, including all gaming, betting, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or using any pkwin service. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use pkwin services.
You are responsible for ensuring online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Each person may hold only one registered pkwin account. Duplicates will be closed.
Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Abuse results in forfeiture.
Deposit limits, cooling-off, and self-exclusion are available to all users.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use any pkwin service. pkwin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and may request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately suspended and any balance therein forfeited.
2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 years of age or older; (b) you are registering and using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment; (c) you are not registering on behalf of any third party; and (d) you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on pkwin or any other gaming platform.
2.3 Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to online gaming platforms is lawful in their jurisdiction. pkwin does not provide legal advice. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you must not use the Platform. pkwin accepts no liability for any user who accesses the Platform in breach of applicable local laws.
3.1 One Account per person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered pkwin Account. If pkwin discovers multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pkwin support immediately via live chat.
3.4 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your pkwin Account is for your sole personal use and must not be accessed by, shared with, or transferred to any other person.
4.1 All transactions on the pkwin Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pkwin reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review. pkwin reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party source and to close the relevant Account.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered pkwin Account. Before any withdrawal is processed, the User must have completed KYC verification to pkwin's satisfaction. Required documentation typically includes a copy of the User's Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and proof of payment method.
4.4 pkwin targets a withdrawal processing time of thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. pkwin does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
4.5 pkwin reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Such checks may include requests for additional documentation or information. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
5.1 From time to time pkwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits applicable to each Promotion will be stated in the relevant offer terms.
5.3 pkwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements at the time of modification or withdrawal of a Promotion will be subject to the most recently published terms of that Promotion.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting perceived errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to eliminate risk, will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds, cancellation of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on pkwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. Users are encouraged to review game-specific and sport-specific rules available within the Platform before placing any wager.
6.2 pkwin reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the result was known at the time of placement, where a technical error affected the odds or game outcome, or where pkwin has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
6.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. pkwin reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
6.4 In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or during placement of a sports bet, pkwin's server logs will be the authoritative record of the transaction. pkwin's decision in such matters is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkwin Platform:
pkwin reserves the right to terminate any Account and forfeit any associated balance where prohibited conduct is identified. pkwin further reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 pkwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the User has breached these Terms; pkwin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; the User has provided false or misleading information; or the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
8.2 Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact pkwin support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed and Bonus Funds forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method following KYC confirmation.
8.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the User, pkwin reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance, subject to applicable legal obligations.
9.1 All content available on the pkwin Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface designs, is the intellectual property of pkwin or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pkwin.
10.1 pkwin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pkwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 pkwin's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkwin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
12.1 pkwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders and mandatory timeouts; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
12.2 Users who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to contact pkwin support immediately and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform. Further information is available on the Responsible Gaming page.
12.3 pkwin does not extend credit to Users and does not permit Users to wager funds that have not been deposited into their Account. The Platform is intended solely for the entertainment of adults aged 18 and over.
pkwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the pkwin website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Users who do not accept amended Terms should cease use of the Platform and contact support to close their Account in accordance with Section 8.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkwin's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the pkwin Platform, please contact pkwin support in the first instance. pkwin aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with pkwin's response, you may escalate the matter in accordance with any dispute resolution procedure communicated to you by support.
14.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkwin in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
